Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 (8–13 September) brought one of the most talked-about line-ups in Cantiere del Pardo's history, with the Pardo GT65 making its world premiere and the Pardo 43R arriving in Europe for the first time. As the authorised Pardo Yachts dealer in Dubai, Ocean 360 was on-site to see both models up close — and here's everything you need to know about them.

Pardo GT65: A World Premiere Built on a Decade of GT Design

The Pardo GT65 is the third model in Pardo's acclaimed GT range, joining the 17-metre GT52 and the 23-metre GT75. Developed with input from more than 70 Pardo owners, the GT65 was designed to strike "the best possible balance of space, comfort and life on board" — and its Cannes debut confirmed it.

Key specifications

  • Length: 20 m (65 ft)

  • Beam: 5.56 m

  • Displacement: 35.5 tonnes

  • Construction: GRP hull and superstructure

  • Fuel capacity: 4,300 litres

  • Freshwater capacity: 1,100 litres

  • Exterior & interior design: Nauta Design

  • Naval architecture: Zuccheri Yacht Design

Standout features

  • Pardo's signature reverse bow

  • Near-360-degree panoramic glazing for uninterrupted sea views

  • Large bottom-hinged aft window linking the saloon directly to the cockpit

  • A full-beam owner's suite — a first for the Pardo range — with a transverse bed and walk-in wardrobe

  • Retractable, 180-degree rotating television

  • Sliding glass sunroof

  • Concealed, vertical-drop anchor system

  • Accommodation for up to six guests across three cabins and three bathrooms

Power and performance

The GT65 comes standard with twin Volvo Penta IPS1200 engines (900 hp each), with twin IPS1350 units (1,000 hp each) available as an upgrade for owners who want more performance on tap.

Pardo 43R: European Debut of Pardo's Outboard-Powered Walkaround

Having already made its world debut at the Miami International Boat Show earlier in 2026, the Pardo 43R — referred to in official Pardo communications as the Pardo 43 Outboard — made its European debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026. It's the high-performance, outboard-powered sibling to the long-running Pardo 43 walkaround, a model that has sold over 300 units since its original 2017 launch.

Key specifications

  • Length: 14.93 m (48.97 ft)

  • Beam: 4.2 m (13.78 ft)

  • Draft: 1.3 m (4.26 ft)

  • Weight: 12,700 kg

  • Fuel capacity: 2,500 litres

  • Freshwater capacity: 400 litres

  • Naval architecture & exterior: Zuccheri Yacht Design, in collaboration with Nauta Design

  • Interior design: Nauta Design

Power and performance

The 43R is offered with triple Mercury V10 400 hp outboard engines as standard, or an optional triple Mercury V12 600 hp set-up capable of pushing the yacht past 50 knots. Outboard propulsion also brings the simplified handling and lower maintenance that owners increasingly look for in this segment, without sacrificing the social, open-plan deck spaces that define Pardo's walkaround design.

Why Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 Matters

Cannes Yachting Festival is one of the largest in-water boat shows in the world, and a world premiere there signals serious confidence from a builder. For the GT65, Cannes was the stage for its global reveal; for the 43R, it marked the moment European buyers got their first in-person look at a model that had already generated buzz since its Miami launch. Together, the two debuts show Cantiere del Pardo expanding in two directions at once — upward into larger, full-beam cruising yachts, and outward into faster, outboard-powered performance models.
